Tempered Glass is made by heating 610-660 C in the furnace.
Then it is moved to the quenching section and quickly cooled using air pressure During the process, a strong compressive stree is generated on the glass surface and a tensile stress in the mid plate of the glass, and as a result of these stresses, the mechanical Strength and the heat-resistance of theglass is multiplied. The most common process at the moment is carried
out in a Horizontal Tempering Furnace.

FEATURES:
     4-5 times stronger than normal (annealed) glass. Once breakage occurs,
the glass disintegrates into small fragment. Can stand high tensile stresses
such as wind load, impact, mechanical load, etc.

APPLICATION:
      Building , architecture, automatic door, escalator , telephone box,
bath room, fireplace, furniture, microwave, oven etc.
